Management and Program Analyst

This position involves a multi-grade career ladder. The major duties listed below represent the full performance level of GS-12. At the GS-11 grade level, you will perform assignments of a more limited scope and with less independence. You will progressively acquire the background necessary to perform at the full performance level of GS-12. Promotion is at the discretion of the supervisor and is contingent upon satisfactory performance, availability of higher-level work, and availability of funds. Duties include but are not limited to:
Provides coordination and leadership to establish and sustain a clear vision for fully engaging Veterans and family members to enhance quality of care and Services; Works with the Veteran and Family Centered Care (VFCC) Program Manager to create a comprehensive approach (vision, values, and goals) that assures continuity to develop and advance as a patient-centered, integrated health care organization; Utilizes strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for program growth and researches opportunities for cultural transformation; Develops resolution plans, establishes standards, measures the efficiency and effectiveness of interventions, and develops goals and objectives that align with strategic priorities and the Service Improvement Model, VAPAHCS' lean management system; Coordinates and manages VFCC strategies throughout the clinical, educational, and administrative spheres of operations; Evaluates the effectiveness of organizational engagement with Advisors, resolves issues that arise, and strives to assure that the work of the Advisors integrates with the strategic priorities of the organization and is sustained over time; Provides leadership to incorporate VFCC principles and practices in workforce development, including standards of behavior and customer service trainings. Experience:
Applicants must have one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-09 in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes program planning elements, coordinating and organizing meetings, including guaranteeing minutes are properly documented, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders are timely and complete, and developing training sessions, coordinating and managing facility strategies throughout a clinical, educational, and administrative spheres of operations; collaborate with services to integrate patient and family centered care principles and practices within existing organizational structures, committees, procedures and policies, performance measures, and strategic planning efforts. OR Education Substitution:
Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have a PH.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M, if related. A transcript must be submitted with your application if you are basing all or part of your qualifications on education. (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED) OR Combination of Specialized Experience and Education:
Applicants may also combine education and specialized experience to qualify at this level. You must have a combination of specialized experience and education beyond a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree; OR at least three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M, if related. Experience:

A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
