As Legal Counsel, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities including negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial and technology agreements plus counseling our business team members on a wide range of legal and commercial issues. While you will be involved in a variety of the companys legal work, you will play a primary role in supporting Companys business development, product development and sales/support teams. In addition, you will assist on corporate law and governance matters.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
