TIBCO is seeking a principal technical writer with a strong technical background to write user documentation for various TIBCO products. Writer must be able to work independently to gather information directly from the product team - development, QA, support engineers, and product managers -- and write complete manuals from scratch. Writer will also have opportunities to contribute to the user interface design and content. Here are some more details:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Plan, research, write, illustrate, and edit existing or new product manuals.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Work closely with development, quality assurance, support, product management, and other teams to ensure technical accuracy of content.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Demonstrate excellent communication skills in interacting with other functional teams, and the ability to ask the right questions.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Gain extensive hands-on experience with products to gain an in-depth understanding of the products' features and functionality.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Must be able to manage time and tasks effectively.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Explore new delivery models and formats for documentation.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Demonstrate individual initiative in a team environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
