The Executive Briefing Center Manger (EBCM) plays a key leadership role in developing and executing strategies to enable customer briefing events for the entire TIBCO Products. EBCM plans and executes customer facing events that require flawless coordination between worldwide sales teams, TIBCO executives, subject matter experts and customers (up to and including C-Suite executives) for sales opportunities. The position is responsible for direct management of a small team of briefing center professionals.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing. This position drives the development and delivery of world-class customer briefings and education, overall program development, management of briefing center staff and center operations enabling increased sales and strengthened customer relationships.
â ¢ Manage & ensure the success of customer meetings at our Executive Briefing Center (EBC)
â ¢ Serve as main point of contact for sales teams & customers throughout the planning cycle and during briefings
â ¢ Build a team that is motivated and passionate about delivering great customer experiences
â ¢ Provide recommendations on topics, presenters, meeting flow and logistics to meet sales team objectives
â ¢ Budget Management: payment of vendors, tracking center expenses
â ¢ Work with Product Marketing on product positioning and strategy for briefings
â ¢ Manage & communicate on-site changes to agendas and speakers
â ¢ Work with larger Sales Productivity organization to align EBC practices with other Sales Productivity initiatives
â ¢ Keep track and analyze results of briefings to help shorten sales cycles and improve ROI
B.S. in marketing or other related area
8 - 10 years of customer programs experience in sales or marketing
Excellence in communication (written and oral)
Time management/Planning/Organization
Strong leadership and smart problem resolution skills with a solid understanding of operational requirements to support a briefing program
Project management skills from proposal to execution
Ability to work in fast-paced environment requiring quick decision making ability
Be flexible and open to last minute schedule changes and "going with the flow."

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
