This QA Manager role is with one of America's most beloved B2C eCommerce companies. Chances are that you, your family, and friends use/have used their products.
You will manage a team of highly trained QA Engineers in a hands-on, Agile environment.
NOTE - you must have QA Management from a web based environment. ZERO NEGOTIATION.
Required:
5 plus years in actual QA/testing with a few years in Management
Strong QA background with experience delivering testing for web and mobile based products
Ability to understand technical specifications
Experience with:
-Scripting (Python, Javascript, etc.)
-RESTful web services
-Tools like Selenium
-Frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit
-Bug tracking tools like Bugzilla and JIRA
-Some high level programming like Java.
This role will lead by example and doing code reviews with your team is an essential duty. We need strong people management skills with the ability to mentor and grow a team. This is a very visible role and you will be noticed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
