Dailymotion is looking for an experienced Yield Manager to assist in the rapid growth of the indirect sales team. You will join a team of four multi-talented people who are dedicated and passionate about the evolving advertising industry. Your experience will reflect a solid understanding of digital advertising metrics and current industry trends (for mobile, display and video). You'll also have experience with campaign optimization, media analytics or programmatic advertising.
We expect you to:
- Work to evaluate existing partnerships in indirect sales channels for efficiency and ROI.
- Strategically identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report (daily) on all programmatic channels and activity.
- Assist in managing, approving, and maintaining inventory floors and inventory management strategy.
- Liaise between support teams, technology, and partners.
- Work with platform partners to test ad tags, traffic, and implement programmatic dealsàEvaluate and analyze yield partnerships to help guide revenue strategy.
- Use marketplace insight and feedback from demand partners; to identify areas for audience development, product needs and revenue growth.
- Oversee inventory management; forecasting, pricing, and yield optimization to maximize revenue across all channels (mobile, display, video).
- Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and timely invoicing.
- Work with legal team for contract due diligence and legal agreements.
- Provide market analysis for online advertising in various international markets.
- Provide support for the development of strategic partnerships.
Job Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on time management and organization.
- Solid relationship (client services) building techniques required.
- The ability to pitch, sell and CLOSE!
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This is key!
- Experience in online display, mobile and video advertising.
- A deep understanding of display and video ad serving along with ad product management (VAST, VPAID, and JavaScript protocols) required.
- Top notch analytical skills: The ability to analyze performance data to drive inventory recommendations and troubleshoot issues; Knowledge of Excel pivot tables is a HUGE plus.
- Experience of video ad serving platforms or yield optimizer product required (Rubicon, Doubleclick, PubMatic, SpotXchange, LiveRail).
- Strong knowledge of web standards (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML ...).
- Knowledge of Web 2.0 (RSS, blogs, social networks, video√ʬ ¬ ), new applications (IPTV, mobile, tablet ...) and digital marketing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
