A successful candidate for this role must be hands-on, manage various projects, and lead a team of superstars. The role will report to the CTO and will work closely with the Technology Architect in a fast paced Saas environment.
Responsibilities
Overall planning and execution of development initiatives by providing clear priorities and proper resource management.
Build, lead, and manage a strong technical team with an emphasis on quality, performance, and scale.
Constantly improve development effectiveness and quality.
Contribute to development process enhancements.
Director Requirements:
High-level knowledge with Java, Oracle, LInux, and Windows architecture
Superior leadership skills
Superior management skills
Thorough understanding of waterfall and agile development experience
