As Asst./Assoc. General Counsel, and the second attorney, you will have a broad range of responsibilities including partnering with our General Counsel to create and shape some of the core business and legal practices of the company; negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements; and counseling our business team members on a wide range of legal and commercial issues. While you will be involved in a broad range of the companys legal work, you will initially play a leading role supporting Pebbles business development, developer relations and sales/support teams. In addition, you will assist on corporate law and governance matters.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
