And as a champion of the webinar program, the ideal team member will help prospects to find answers to their key questions by delivering a meaningful, relevant webinar experience.
Responsibilities:
Own and grow the webinar KPIs, including email response rates, # of leads and sales conversions.
Evolve the webinar strategy, including defining best practices, standards and process that improve registration, attendance, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Own all facets of the webinar program including testing, copywriting, email and webinar delivery and execution, securing speakers, managing timelines, maintaining the calendar and all related KPIs.
Execute webinars by performing host and speaker duties throughout the webinar and the moderation of Q&A.
Build and maintain relationships with speakers, including research analysts, industry experts and internal experts.
Build and leverage relationships with 3rd party media publishers and other digital partners to promote webinars through email campaigns and across 3rd party sites to cost-effectively attract, engage and convert leads.
Coordinate with regional and event marketing teams to avoid overlap of marketing efforts.
Manage creation of promotional and presentation materials for worldwide leverage.
Drive deliverables such as email content, registration pages, presentation decks and dry-runs, against timelines.
Maintain reporting and analysis of webinar programs and results, tracking customer path to pipeline and providing actionable insights based on data.
Conduct internal training sessions to collaborate and drive improvements in handling the hand-off between Marketing and Sales.
Required Skills/
Experience:
BS/BA degree in Finance and Marketing required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

years of Finance experience; or a willingness to learn!
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience in identifying and validating data to ensure key objectives are met
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization comfortably and with personal integrity
Solid working knowledge or ability to quickly become proficient with WebEx Premier, Salesforce and Eloqua
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
Specific industry experience in cloud and financial planning software preferred
Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
Strong written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills

Location: Palo AltoEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
