Top tier law firm is looking for a Patent Prosecution Secretary for their Palo Alto office. This firm has a very tight knit Prosecution practice so fitting in with the group is very important. Duties:
Originate and maintain patent files and indexes. Calendar due dates of Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) actions and responses due to foreign associates. Review patent docket daily and remind attorneys of due dates. Generate transmittals and formal USPTO documents as required. Prepare and file maintenance fees, assignments, missing parts and ISD's. Handle foreign patent prosecution matters such as PCT forms.
Experience:
3
years of prior patent secretary experience. Thorough knowledge of the proper preparation of time records and expense reports.
Salary up to 90K.
P2Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
