A Day in the Life:
As the Senior Manager International Tax, you will be responsible for overseeing US international tax matters for tax compliance and reporting purposes including, but not limited to FDII, GILTI, Subpart F, and FTC.
The Impact You ll Make:
Manage the review/preparation of the international tax aspects of the quarterly and annual global tax provision Supports US international tax compliance including US international tax forms, E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTC, BEAT calculations, etcStay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, assess their impact on the organization's tax reporting, and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholdersManage local foreign country tax matters, including tax filings and auditsSupervise tax-related services and outsourced tax-specific work productDrive automation initiatives to increase the efficiency of the international tax related computations and provide support for various process improvementsEngage in special projects, including but not limited to M&As and tax planningWho You Are :

years of both corporate and public accounting experienceExperience with GAAP Financial AccountingExtensive background and technical understanding of corporate tax, as well as taxation relating to international and M&A transactionsExperience working with tax auditors in foreign jurisdictions to help drive an efficient and timely resolution to tax auditsStrong proficiency in Excel and G suiteStrong project management and multitasking skills; organized and attentive to details.
Experience working with NetSuite or other ERP systems a plusExperience working with Alteryx a plusDetail-oriented, strong communication and analytical skills, and be able to multitask and work independently, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility and adaptability the ability to deal with changing internal and external environmentsCPA or JD preferredWe use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT.

Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
