The company is growing rapidly and seeking a Director of Accounting to manage our fast-growing Finance team.
Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership team to formulate strategies towards the company s long term financial health and expense optimization and to drive resultsLead worldwide revenue and costs functions, including billings and collectionsWork closely with stakeholders to re-engineer/refresh key processes/controls and support business/finance reviewsEstablish meaningful metrics/analyses to measure performance and to proactively identify potential issues and implement resolutionsDevelop and implement accounting policies within the functionsEnsure timely financial closeJOB REQUIREMENTS:
