We're looking for a talented, passionateInsurance Product Manager to join our team.
This is a highly visible and cross-functional position with the primary goal of delivering best-in-class products to small businesses in multiple verticals.
We believe that the products available in the marketplace today do not fit the needs of small businesses and we are committed to leading the charge in reimagining SMB insurance.

Zero-to-one launch of new products, customer segments and partnershipsOwn product roadmap; overseeing the coverage, pricing, and prioritization of growth initiativesConduct industry research, competitive benchmarking, and small business owner interviews to prioritize the target customer s biggest needsBe responsible for growth and profitability by optimizing pricing, tailoring coverages and underwriting, and rolling out new geographies and customer segmentsPartner closely with multiple teams including Compliance, Customer Operations, Technical Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Claims, and LegalWhat We Need:

years experience managing technical products from ideation to successful launchCustomer obsessed, passionate about making great products that serve and empower small business ownersProven experience in using data driven methods in decision making and strong analysis skillsAble to work independently and comfortable with ambiguityExperience working with and presenting to senior leadershipUnstoppable Qualities:
Insurtech, fintech, regtech or experience with regulated products strongly preferredExperience with commercial lines insurance preferredThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
