$150-200KI am working with a leading EV Air company in Palo Alto who are on the cutting edge of eVTOL Aircraft and personal electric travel. They are a pioneering aerospace technology firm and are seeking a Manager of Manufacturing to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Process Management:
Maintain and maximize manufacturing processes to ensure alignment with capacity, labor and cost goals. Uphold industry standards, certifications and best practices Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to update engineering protocol focusing on Design For Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Cost (DFC) principles. Support of design modifications and improvements using CAD packages including CATIA/3DX.
Qualifications:
5
years experience in the aviation, aerospace, marine or automotive industry focused on additive manufacturing including part fabrication, machining, structural assembly, and required steps such as NDT. MS or BS in relevant engineering discipline. Adept with lean principles and six sigma principles. Proficiency with CAD packages - CATI, SolidWorks or Pro/ENGINEER.
