Technology Support Specialist

A prestigious law firm seeks a Technology Support Specialist for their Palo Alto office. Duties include handling software, hardware, infrastructure, network services, mobile and remote services, audio-visual, telephony, and security systems.Responsibilities will include:
Manages local and central helplines, support tickets, and email correspondence, logging and resolving issues promptly. Provides application support for local and Citrix-based installations. Ensures compliance with Firm policies and maintains accurate inventory records. Qualified applicants should have:
Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, and Mac Environments. Knowledge of eDocs Document Management (DTE, Litera ChangePro, eDocs, imanage etc.) Experience supporting mobile devices. Excellent customer service skills. Nice to have:
3-4 years of prior law firm experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
