We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.
This position offers the opportunity to handle complex real estate litigation issues in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, including transactional work, and will be well-versed in all aspects of real estate litigation.

Responsibilities:
As our Permanent Real Estate Litigation Attorney, you will be expected to:
1.
Handle a wide variety of complex real estate litigation matters with minimal supervision.
2.
Represent clients in all stages of real estate transactions, including negotiation, drafting, and review of real estate agreements and contracts.
3.
Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate issues, including property rights, property taxes, zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
4.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential legal risks and outcomes.
5.
Develop litigation strategies and present cases in court.
6.
Coordinate with other team members and outside counsel as necessary.
7.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in real estate law and industry trends.
8.
Manage relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Real Estate Litigation Attorney position, you must meet the following
Qualifications:
1.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, with a focus on litigation.
3.
Admitted to practice law in California.
4.
Proven experience in real estate transactions and litigation.
5.
Strong negotiation, research, and trial advocacy skills.
6.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
7.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
8.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9.
Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10.
Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively as part of a team.
