Its that easy Sitters in the Otter Community - - Have relevant childcare experience, such as providing care as a babysitter, nanny, or camp counselor or working at a daycare, preschool, elementary school, or after-school program.
- Have completed a skills assessment, background check, and reference check to ensure that kids in the Otter community receive great care.
-Show they are reliable and responsible by arriving at care sessions on time and are always ready to provide stellar care for every family - Are adaptable and flexible - they can easily adjust to each familys needs and expectations.
- May already have a part-time or full-time job (teacher, therapist, CNA, patient care assistant, college student, BCBA, daycare or preschool worker) and want to add additional hours to their schedule to earn a higher income.
