Responsibilities:
Security and Safety Manager An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished resident services team to manage the security personnel.
The selected candidate is responsible for maintaining security and safety at all times, in all areas of the community grounds, including initial response to medical alerts, initial response to fire and intrusion alarms, accident and incident investigation and reporting.
The position will serve as the Risk Management lead for community in partnership with the Executive Director and Corporate Risk Management Team.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum 5 years of experience in Security Management; previous management of security or safety team strongly is preferred.
High school diploma or G.

D.
equivalent is required.
Associate Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in the field is preferred.
Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and First Aid certifications are required.
Pay Range:
USD $73,626.
30 - USD $92,018.
70 /Yr.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
