compensation equity review, adverse impact, disability-related initiative, investigations and onsite reviews - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Draft and/or generate routine communications; coordinate production (formatting, copying, etc.
) and dissemination of documents, such as presentations for trainings and affirmative action briefings - Collect, write, and edit content for the department website and several other disability related and/or staff group websites.
This includes updating websites and event calendars, creating new pages, and maintaining content on existing pages.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical - Perform data entry and update databases Person:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role - Must have solid writing skills.
- Email/calendaring, MS Office, Outlook, Drupal (beginning to intermediate) InDesign, Photoshop, Qualtrics (or its equivalent) experience.
- Proficiency with common online platforms, such as Google Drive.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and initiate and follow-through independently on tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in proofreading documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors - Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems - Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing - Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in project coordination is a plus Job Type:
