We are now seeking a Head of Operations to refine the running of the business and to help us reach our insane goals as we 4X in size in the next 18 months from 12 to 50 people.

The job will involve:
Report directly to the CEO, setting operating cadence, ensuring plans and vision are communicated effectively.
Using your autonomy to solve operational problems, setting up payroll, legal structure and expenses.
Running hiring processes, references, etc, Bring structure to the business.

Be highly goal orientated.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
