At Trayt Health, we're looking for a hands-on Head of Product, with experience in digital health and/or healthcare.
As the Head of Product at Trayt, you will help establish and drive product strategy, own and execute the roadmap, and hire and manage the product team.
You are a mission-driven and business-minded product leader who understands health care and knows how to deliver products that improve providers experience and patient results.
The Head of Product will report to the CEO and be a key member of the leadership team.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product vision and strategy Identify new market opportunities, establish the product roadmap, and prioritize features and enhancements Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure that the product roadmap and vision align with the companys overall goals and priorities Partner with the CTO to establish processes that help the R&D team become more productive Define product requirements, including user stories, features, and functionality Utilize data, market research, competitor analysis, and other mechanisms to guide the team on what to build Hire, coach, and lead a team of Product Managers Work with and influence a cross-functional team to drive the best products Be accountable for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time To be successful in this role you:
Have 5
years of experience building user-centric, impactful products at a digital health and/or healthcare company Have 3
years of experience in hiring, coaching, and leading a team of product managers Deep understanding of the healthcare system Are a strong strategic thinker with a great sense of product and design Have a customer-obsessed mindset Have experience successfully launching B2B2C products Have managed roadmaps where different clients have competing requirements Ability to identify big market opportunities and create a product that consumers want despite all the ambiguity involved Understand the product development cycles and processes well; can identify gaps and apply new processes to help everyone in the team to be more effective Ability to influence leaders across the company Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels Preferred Experience & Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Biology, Product Management / Marketing, or a related field Experience in the behavioral or mental health category preferred Startup experience required Proven track record of launching zero-to-one products as well as products at scale Salary Range:
$190,000 - $250,000Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
