Welcome Desk ownership in support of customized briefings and meetings which include the following:
Envoy Visitor Management system administration Management of customer invites/log Greet and Check-In Customers Print name badges and name tents Manage briefing logistics Manage Dinner/entertainment reservations Manage Taxi/transportation requests Input and manage all catering orders Responsible for briefing room set-up (name tents, gifts, agendas, printed evaluations) Enter paper evaluations Assist with concierge customer/account team requests day of Work with Security - VMware Discovery Center weekly briefing schedule, parking, locking/unlocking doors Work with Facilities to maintain a professional environment Janitorial - facility maintenance, restroom checks, patio checks Catering - Dining Caf , room refreshments, coffee machine maintenance, room snack replenishment Support with Administrative aspects of the program:
Assist with gift inventory/management (reconciliation, re-stocking) Ordering Office supplies (printer toner, tent cards, ) Assist with special projects as needed Assist with planning events and/or offsite meetings and provide logistics support Required/Desired Skills:
Must be comfortable coming to office and working with the general public Excellent teamwork skills to work effectively with VMware Discovery Center team, account team, speakers, and executives.
Must be able to adapt to a variety of personality styles.
Represent yourself and VMware as a customer advocate with empathy and passion Excellent and clear communication skills both written and verbal.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
