ProTransport-1 (PT-1) is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support day-to-day operations as a liaison when triaging calls and arranging patient transports.
This role will be the bridge between one of our high-profile clients, their hospital operations, and the PT-1 Communications and Dispatch Center, Santa Clara Operations and Hospital Transfer Center personnel.
Please note this position is on site in a Santa Clara County hospital location.
The Customer Service Coordinator has the unique opportunity to apply their EMS knowledge and skillset in one of the top hospitals in the nation! To be successful, this individual must have high attention to detail, strong customer relations and conflict resolution skills, the ability to find solutions and be knowledgeable in EMS operations.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service background / experience Interest in Health Care or background in EMS Ability to type a minimum of forty (40) words per minute Preferred
Qualifications:
EMS experience as an EMT, paramedic, or dispatcher Understanding of interfacility transfers Strong understanding of medical terminology Our benefits package includes:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
