Summary:
This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing account strategies for an assigned customer base and market. This includes prospecting new business opportunities, expanding existing opportunities, and growing market share. The Military Sales Representative will work to strengthen customer relations through regular contact, including in person visits to customer sites. He/she will maintain a working knowledge of customer products, needs and business trends in order to serve as a solutions provider and a sales expert on our products and services. Responsibilities:
1. Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to:
Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. 2. Works with business leaders and the sales and marketing team to develop and implement a strategic sales plan that will achieve annual revenue targets and ensure ongoing execution of commercialization strategies. 3. Prospects and identifies new opportunities within an account or market while protecting core revenue base. 4. Develops relationships with critical decision makers through regular face to face engagements and by understanding customer needs. 5. Clearly articulates the Electrochem value proposition from a high level, to the detail of a specific product offering. Communicates the total Integer business offering by demonstrating alignment of capabilities in response to customer needs. 6. Takes ownership of all customer quotes and contracts and serves as the key negotiator. 7. Acts as primary point of contact for assigned customers and is committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction to them through our extended team. Ensures the timely communication of problems and opportunities to appropriate members of our leadership and functional teams and by ensuring corrective actions are in place when needed. 8. Creates and maintains account profiles and notes on customer contacts, markets, business trends and opportunity leads to help us better service our customers and develop an account strategy. 9. Understands industry and market trends as well as sales analytics related to customer and translates into targeted opportunities. 10. Engages with customers at trade shows, conferences, and industry meeting. 11. Performs other functions as required. Job Requirements:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field Minimum
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in commercial sales Specialized Knowledge:
DoD Sub/Prime Contracting Experience (DFARS) Military Background and Clearance (highly preferred) Experience participating at Military Trade shows Familiar with Miller Hieman, Strategic Selling Experience using CRM (Salesforce.com, Oracle) Battery Experience Preferred Special Skills:
- Previous experience in successfully managing long, complex sales cycle and demonstrated ability to call on all levels of the customer from Managers through engineering, manufacturing and procurement organizations. - Disciplined and self-directed, process focused approach to managing personal workload and ability to work without day to day supervision. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, questioning/listening skills, and presentation skills. - Strong sales call planning/execution skills and sales opportunity development and management skills. - Strong prospecting skills. - Strong sense of personal accountability and performance orientation. - Competitive and aggressive, yet able to present the aggressiveness appropriately. - Comfortable with conflict and confrontation. - Demonstrated customer focus and orientation to creating value for the customer. - Strong work ethic, high results oriented and high tolerance for ambiguity. - Curious and constantly looking to improve professional and personal performance. - Must be able to work with and lead teams. - Organizationally nimble, able to navigate the customer and internal organizations. - Strong computer skills. - Project and change management skills. - Strong analytic and problem solving skills. - Ability to identify, quantify and present value. - Excellent problem solving skills and funnel/pipeline management skills. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
